At Catrina Artesana, we carefully craft each product and want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

1. Warranty for Damage or Manufacturing Defects

  • If your product arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect, you have up to 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange at no additional cost.

  • Requests must be made through our official contact channels:

  • You must provide clear photos of the product, showing the damage or defect, along with your order number.

  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be sent at no extra cost.
    In some cases, returning the damaged item will not be necessary.

2. Exchanges Due to Preference or Change of Mind

  • Because many of our products are handcrafted, handmade, or limited edition, we do not accept exchanges or refunds due to personal preference, size, color, or change of mind.

  • We recommend reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, we’re happy to help before you place your order 🤍

3. Handmade Products and Natural Variations

  • Our products may show slight variations in color, shape, or texture due to their handcrafted nature.

  • These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable when an exchange or replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Final Considerations

  • Catrina Artesana is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, incorrect handling, or accidents after delivery.

  • Catrina Artesana reserves the right to deny any request that does not comply with this policy.
